Content on crmfordisability.com.au is written by the Mayasoft team who build and support MDS. Product information is drafted by the implementation and product leads. Regulatory-adjacent content (NDIS Commission, Practice Standards, Restrictive Practices, worker screening) is reviewed against source documents from ndiscommission.gov.au and ndis.gov.au before publication.

How we review claims

  • Product claims are checked against what's actually shipped in the current MDS build. If a feature is roadmapped rather than shipped, we say so.
  • Regulatory claims (NDIS Practice Standards, Commission requirements) are anchored to primary government sources and dated.
  • Third-party claims (Microsoft partnerships, Azure regions, integrations) link to the vendor's own documentation.

How we handle corrections

If you spot an inaccuracy, out-of-date figure, broken link, or misleading language, email info@mayasoft.com.au with the URL and the correction. We aim to review within one business day and publish updates within three business days for material factual errors.

AI content disclosure

We use AI tools as writing assistants — outlining, drafting, copy-editing. Every published page is reviewed and approved by a human before going live. We do not publish AI-generated content that hasn't been fact-checked and edited by a Mayasoft team member.
