The Mayasoft product family

MDS is the third vertical product in the Mayasoft CRM family, alongside:

• MACS — Mayasoft Aged Care Solution. Aged Care Act 2025 workflows, Support at Home, residential admissions.
• MNFP — Mayasoft Not-for-Profit CRM. DEX reporting, ACNC compliance, grants and memberships.
• Mayasoft — the parent brand and broader Microsoft Dynamics 365, Power Platform and Azure practice.

Each vertical shares the same underlying Dynamics 365 platform, security architecture, and Australian hosting. Only the configuration differs — workflows, terminology, compliance frameworks specific to each sector.

Why we built MDS

Delivering CRMs to aged care and community services providers, Mayasoft repeatedly saw the same pattern: NDIS-registered providers within those same organisations were running their disability supports on generic small-provider CRMs, spreadsheets, or nothing at all. The compliance burden under the NDIS Practice Standards was the same enterprise-grade problem MACS solved for aged care.

MDS is the response: the platform proven in aged care and NFP, configured for the specific workflows of NDIS providers.
